Hello all, I just finished listening to a conference call the CIC was having to explain how EE will work, I have uploaded the audio, everything was explained very well.

When did this briefing take place?
 
What I am getting out of it: (More than what we know now)

Confirms that 600 points are awarded only if applicants have LMIA, regardless stream/previous permits

Confirms LMIA for PR is free and be processed within 10 days

Two ways of Draws: Overall pool draw - everyone in the pool (FSW/FST/CEC/PNP)
In case they are not meeting their admission target, they can do program-specific draws.

CIC is expecting more people without job gets ITA early into the program. Once employers and arranged job offers picks up, more of those will get ITA and less for people without.
 
The number of candidates drawn, the date and time of draw, the pool snapshot at the moment of draw, and the lowest ranking invitee's scores will all be published.
