CIC Stop issuing AOR??

Guys anybody knows did CIC stop issuing AOR to paper based pnp applicants?? My application reached cic on 8th June and no aor yet, 89 days passed.

We also on the same situation, my group members also in tenshion.....some of them crossed 90 days but no news.

Guys you can check your status online although you have not received AOR, after 90 days.

It almost passed 80 days. but no AOR yet.... :-[
