So I got a message from CIC, they asked me a question, Can I land in July? But I am already in Canada, and Yes I can land in July, but how do I respond and reply back to them????

If they didn't send any contact email for the reply . I would suggest you to send the case specific enquiry and attach the letter that you got it in your MYCIC account.
