CIC sent correspondence... Please Help!

Hello po! I am currently applying for permanent residence under family sponsorship.

Here's my timeline po:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on April 5, 2017.
2. We started processing your application on July 17, 2017.
3. Medical results have been received.
4. We sent you correspondence on October 20, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

Ang problem po is wala po kaming natanggap na letter pertaining po sa October 20, 2017. Kanina lang din po lumabas yung 4th line. Kanina lang din po nagchange yung Permanent Residence Application Status from "In Process" to "Decision Made".

Ano po kaya ibig sabihin nung Decision Made? Is it better po ba to write an email or call the CIC regarding sa issue ko po sa 4th line?

Same po tayo ng timeline details. naka receive din ako ng "we sent you correspondence on October 23, 2017" and kahapon lng din lumabas yung 4th line. ano po ba update sa application mo ngayon? Thank you in advance for your help.

Nag email po for passport request after a day. Tapos sinend ko po mismo sa Visa Office yung passport ko nung January 10. Binalik po yung passport ko within a week - January 16 po dumating. Arrived na po ako sa Canada last January 23.

I had the same thing going on in may 2017 they requested me few docs. Which i sent them straight away. A week ago i checked my ecas they updated the same thing that we sent you correspondence on 2 may 2017etc. I told my representative hope they have sorted it out . Now i am going to re order my gcms notes again.
