There you go.

460 points is enough to get invited. The most recent draw was 459, with the prior two being 460 and 462. If you really want, you can edit your profile and add him. And yes, you only get 15 CRS points for a brother/sister in Canada. You can see the details of the CRS grid here

Yeah I just updated him as Relative. Points are 475 now. Hope I will get an ITA in next draw.

Thank you everyone who helped and who posted their views. Truly appreciate it!

You are 99.99% going to get invited. If I were you, I'd start working on collecting all the documents now. You only have 60 days to submit a complete application.

Yes! I am on it. Any idea what documents for following:-
1. Sibling (I believe it should be address proof, paystubs, T4 maybe, PR card copy?)
2. I have been in Canada from last 3 years, somebody told me, I don't need any police verification from India. I have to file police clearance here and they will carry over my investigation and provide me clearance)
3. Medical (when ITA requests comes up)
4. Roles and Responsibilities letter from my Employer

Is there anything I am missing?

Thank you for your help!

I worked.
I was putting job offer as YES in intended work in canada section and was checking NO to LMIA. That's why I was refused. Thank you so much!

Another question:-
My points shown now is 460.
I have said in my profile My Spouse is not accompanying - as she is already here
In relatives sections, I put up my spouse as PR relative in canada but did not got any 15 points (looks like 15 points are for sibling only)
I have my brother PR here, shall I withdraw my profile and put him as relative in canada so that my CRS score reaches 460+15=475?

Thanks again!

It doesn't matter you worked or have worked in Canada, just say NO. And you won't get points if your spouse is PR. Just siblings!

The documents you provide need to show (1) he is a PR (PR Card) and (2) proof that you are siblings (e.g. birth certificates of both of you showing the same parents).

2. I have been in Canada from last 3 years, somebody told me, I don't need any police verification from India. I have to file police clearance here and they will carry over my investigation and provide me clearance)

I do not know how people constantly get this so wrong : ) . You do not need a PCC from Canada. You DO need a PCC from India, and any other country, if you lived there for at least 6 months since the age of 18.

3. Medical (when ITA requests comes up)
4. Roles and Responsibilities letter from my Employer
