CIC response to status enquiry

I have completed Medicals and paid all fees, when requiring about my status via email i got the following response (that took 3 weeks ):
"Thank you for your email.
Please, be advised that we now have all documents to complete the processing of your application.
We will contact you soon.
Regards, "


Did anyone get this type of response before? what does this mean in regard for timelines?
