CIC - Required Documents (Already provided) Only Nikah Case

Hi Guys,

I am Canadian PR, My wife lives in Dubai. She born there but having Pakistani passport. We married last Decemeber (We did Nikah only with hall and celebration) in Pakistan, In Apr, I have applied for her PR under sponsor spouse category.

Today she got email from CIC asking for the details which i sent them already. Please help.

1. You must complete the Schedule A Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form which is
found at the following link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/eIMM5669E.pdf
You and all of your family members aged 18 or older (if applicable) must submit this
form.

Me: I sent them they are asking again. What should i do ?

2. Marriage Certificate / Licence: Marriage/certificate(s). Translated Nikka Nama in English or
French.

Me : I sent them English Marriage Certificate but provided Urdu nikah nama. Should i translate and send them again ?

3. Marriage photos: Marriage photos. Photos submitted should include photos of the wedding
ceremony (signing of the contract or Nikkah).

Me : I have sent them 20 photos of different events PRE and POST nikah. As this is only Nikah case. Rukhsati will be held afterwards. What should i send to them ? I have pic of my wife signing the nikah contract but her face was covered and i didnt capture my pic while signing the contract. What should i send to them ?

1.) IRCC usually ask the PA to upload IMM5669 - Schedule A form again thru online account, so its not uncommon........if you have not added your newborn as a dependant in IMM5669........please add your newborn and update the form........before sending or uploading IMM5669.

As a PR in Canada.......your newborn should be added to your spousal sponsorship to also receive PR when your wife PR is approved.

2.) If your marriage certificate is not in English or French.......you should translate and send a certified copy.

If you sent them Marriage Certificate is in English, then re-send the English version......and you provided Urdu nikah nama......if the Urdu nikah nama document is not in English or French........ you should translate and send a certified copy.

Translation of documents
You must send the following for any document that is not in English or French, unless otherwise stated on your document checklist:

• the English or French translation; and
• an affidavit from the person who completed the translation (see below for details); and
• a certified copy of the original document

3.) You have pic of your wife signing the nikah contract but her face was covered and didn't capture the pic while signing the contract........so send them what you have and will advice you maybe provide an explanation of what happened on a separate sheet

Although you had earlier sent 20 pictures........will advice you send them any additional pictures you have for your marriage......

Hello everyone
Just a quick question...
The date of marriage on my URDU Nikah nama is written incorrectly. Molvi (Nikah khawan) is suggesting to simply make corrections on original Nikah Nama and re-submit corrected copy to Union Council. Is this right and effective?
