CIC reject my application 28 june 2011

However, with such a low language score I think you would find it difficult securing work in Canada. So I think not only for getting the visa but also for helping your own prospects once you are over there, you should work to improve your language skills.

no ... I want explain you some thing. My english is not so bad. I can communicate without any difficulties. But I write with a lot of mistakes, and, as you know in IELTS test it is very important to write without mistakes.

I can say that I have moderate level. i lived about 4 month in USA and have bachelor level (second degree) as english teacher. So, I think that I will pass it stupid test without preparing for it. And I go to test unprepared, just read ones how the test organized, and go after party with my friends. So, in exam day I was sleepy with headache. It is one of the reason. and the second, I should pass the test only in 3 basic and one moderate level, and I did it without any difficulties.

I can't even imagine that CIC accept only 2 may basic point. There is no strict rule about it. The phrase from EG7 "1 (maximum of 2)" everybody understand in his way. There is no any description that it mean.

Of course, next time I will prepared and pass in higher level.

Please Give details about timeline and visa office and about ielts you have to score well and i think scoring 5 or 6 points in english is not a big deal.

my IELTS score are
reading 5.5 listening 4.5 writing 5 speaking 5 = average 5

if my speaking was 5.5 I will get 2 basic and 2 moderate level with 6 point in emigration

Of course, if you are unprepared and unwell this will have affected the result.

But everyone should prepare properly, even native English speakers.

go through the self-assesments and if you do not provide enough elligibility documents, its sure rejection if you apply again.
So, Be prepared with all documents, language proof , look your NOC cap is available when you apply, calculate your points its 67 or more than send the package to CIC. otherwise do not waste money to send courrier and notary fees etc charges.
it will hurt you again in future if you got NER.

CIC should check all your documents with the same scrutiny regardless of how many times you have previously applied.

28.07.2011 a have answer from cic.

you do not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada.

Points assessed 66. just 1 point and everything will all right in my application. I need only 5 point in English test, but they accept only 4 point, because I have 3 basic and 1 moderate mark, and I thing that I will take 3 point for basic and 2 for moderate, and total mark will be 5. BUT they accept only 4, because in EG7 form from official site is written

Either official language: 1 (maximum of 2)

it's mean that they accept 2 my basic point instead of 3 which I have.
So I do not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada.

next ... I will pass the test in higher level and send again my application.
It no problem, but I have lost more then half year ... it is very shame for me ... but I have no way ... i should do it.

what about VO? The same regardless as for the first time? and doesn't matter how many times I have previously applied.

Could somebody say how VO checks documents?
Will they call to the university, work and who sing the recommendation?

If all your documents are genuine, why worry about the level of scrutiny they will apply to them?

During document background checks I think they can check University results (or get third-party companies to do this), and they can most certainly contact the employers to check up on the references. In reality they actually only contact a small percentage of employers, just any where this is cause for doubt, and a small random selection to act as a deterrant for fraud.

Sorry to hear that, but don't give up. Register for the next exam and study hard so that you can improve your score. I am a native English speaker and I still went online and did practice IELTS exams. It did help me understand how the test was formatted. Take advangtage of the free online help. Also tried to listen to english language radio to help you with the listening portion of the exam. If you know of someone that speaks english then try and speak with them to improve your speaking score.
