CIC Profile for CLB6 and NOC-A JobCode.

Hi

I have scored CLB-6 in CELPIP. Currently working in Canada with NOC-A (Job Code 2171) on closed work permit. Can I create a CIC profile and search for any opportunity within Job Bank or will see if my profile gets picked up within provincial nominee.

If a profile is created with CLB6 for NOC-A jobcode, does CIC reject my application? or does it still stay in the pool? Please advise.
