Hi all,
Quick question,
I received a letter from CIC saying that
"Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature You have not fully completed the section 12. “Addresses”. List all addresses where you have lived since your 18th Birthday. Do not use P.O. Box addresses."

My question is that in Section 12 of the form IM5669 says that "List all addresses where you have lived since your 18th Birthday OR the past 10 years" while in this letter they asked me since your 18th Birthday (as written above). I am 41 years old. What do you think guys?

Thanks,

I've heard of this happening before, it's the left and right hands of CIC not knowing what each is doing. Just send in the new form it's annoying but the quickest way!

How are people notified that file transfer has taken place and does the message come from Sydney or the local VO?

Simply update the sch A with missing period between the time of application and present date. They are just wanting to find out your current whereabouts. I received similar request and send updated form with all periods and addressed list. It worked!

I think the gap he is referring to is from when he was 18 to ten years prior to his application. The CIC guide asks for the last 10 years of addresses OR from the age of 18 - you give them what they ask for and then they come back for the "missing" period!

Oh I see. Its insane.

Hi all, I have a question in terms of the funds. I got the Alberta nomination and now preparing the documents. There is
Form imm0008 nominee program asking the funds I have. Do I need to provide any documents to prove the funds I have ?? Or just write down a number

Thank you in advance

Sorry the form is not im0008 it is schedule 4 economic class

If you have the job offer no need to provide proof of funds but make sure the number you will write will be the amount you can bring when you come to Canada.
