Is there anyone who applied PR through paper-based because their work experience does not qualify for an express entry but got a provincial nomination through the International Student with job offer stream?

My job is under NOC A
I do not have enough work experience since I only started in Jan 2017

Today, I was told by the CIC call center officer that since my job category is A, paper-based application is not possible for me and I have to apply through EE. Due to the fact I am do not qualify under EE yet, I will have to wait till I have one year work experience to start my EE profile.

I am sure if that is case.

Is there other people who receive provincial nomination under NOC A but applied under paper based?

1 year experience rule is applicable for NOC level. Not only A.

Hi,

Congratulation ! on your visa, if possible can you please share your visa expiry dated and medical date.

I read on other forum that visa date is same as your medical expiry date because when you land you should have valid medical.

just wanted to check that.

regards,

Hi,

Thanks, for your reply may I ask what was your medical passed date and how many months you got for landing.

We passed medical in first week of January and haven't heard anything from then.

Just wondering if they sent PPR in next 2 months or so then we will have 2 months validity of visa or what.

Regards,

if a form wasn't sent to you with your MR letter, then you can just send the information back to them by using a generic template. I guess this is a new requirement as this information wasn't requested from me when I got MR. However, it was requested when I got PPR and the template for it was sent with the PPR letter. I could send that to you if you want it.

Hi there, just wanted to know if they mail the MR letter or they email it?

Thanks

The MR letter was sent to "myCIC" profile. I got an email from "donotreply" suggesting that I have new message in "myCIC". When I logged on to "myCIC", I then downloaded the MR letter from there. Different letter for every member of my family. So I got "donotreply" message for every member of the family within 2 - 5 seconds each.

Thank you for the reply. One more question:

I applied under BC post-graduate PNP stream (phd degree in-land): application received on Jan. 27, 2017 and got my AOR on March 15, 2017.
My question is: I received a letter via email 3 weeks ago that I was requested to submit some docs such as copy of passports, schedule A (travel info.), PR fee payment, and PCC, while I had already submitted all of them (before getting AOR).
I am wondering if somebody here has received such a letter and what I have to do. (Of course, at the end of letter, it states that ignore this letter if it does not apply to you).

is there anybody here with the same situation like me?

Cheers
