So I got a passport request today. I think this was really fast. Took 6 months from the date paper application was submitted (4 months and 12 days from AOR). So amazingly fast.

Hi,

How long after medical request did they request ur passport?

Did they ask for any other document like proof of funds?

Hi all,
I have an important query here.
I got my PNP (Ontario) certificate and I applied for Paper Based PR application yesterday.
Everything was fine and signed properly.
But, unfortunately, within the 'Additional Family Information' form I forgot to mention the details for siblings (SECTION D). I just realize after I already posted my application. I also called CanadaPost to cancel my delivery as it wasn't delivered yet, but they did not help me at all.
I am quite concerned about what should I do now?
I accidentally missed to fill out that information, not intentionally...
Should I send another courier including only that form ?

Please advice !!

Yes, send through courier immediately, otherwise they will send back your packet.
Enclose that completed form with your Nomination Certificate copy and an Explanation Letter.

I got MR in February but went for the medical examination in March (20th) because I wasn't available then, I got "Medical Passed" update on myCIC on the 10th April 2017. PPR on 30th May (last week). So that makes it there about 1 month and 20 days (50 days) after Medical Passed for the PPR letter to come. 2ndly the only document request I got was for the RPRF which was sent on the same day I got the MR (medical request) letter. I made the payment online 2 days later (Feb 22) and the receipt of payment was uploaded accordingly. There was no request for proof of fund. I hope this infor is of help.

CIC said the medical request in my account was a technical glitch so I haven't gotten the medical request form. So I am still waiting for medical request...

you are right! Generally i get an email when they notify authorities.And again its in authorities hands to act.Somewhere i feel disheartened too , all these efforts might be in vain.But we have to keep trying our best.

However now in the details column in the table under Submitted applications it says "Your Action Is Required". When I click Check Status and Messages -> View Submitted Application it takes me some kind of a questionnaire where I can electronically sign and submit the empty application. Am I supposed to do this? Anyone else encounter the same?

that is only used for submitting additional docs if they request any from you. Dont mess it otherwise. You are not required to take any action on the display message unless you have received a specific message with instructions from CIC in your email inbox. That message is showing for several and its a technical issue.

Yay!!! A big congratulations to you! I submitted on the 19th of April, expecting my AOR sometime next month. Keep us updated.

Hii guys.. I applied for PR on May 28,2017 paper based application(AINP nominee). I am trying to link my application online but it says no application found even I am using correct information. Anybody have an idea how long it will take to link application after submission? I haven't got my file number yet. Thanks in advance.

I thought its after getting AOR that you can link your application online. You applied just last month and already received AOR? Or as an AINP nominee, AOR is not necessary in order to link your application?
