Need some help and opinion.
Did anyone else also received a request for Sched A form with PCC and Language Test result. It was not very clear. I have uploaded Sched A form already. Not sure if they need PCC or CELPIP results again. I had already sent PCC and CELPIP results along with initial application. Anyone ?

Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. This must be received at this office by: 2018/03/09.

Personal History Gap (Section 8), please ensure you

Jun 2008 – Dec 2008 and Feb 2017 – Present.

Address History Gap (Section 12), please ensure you
do not leave any gaps in time:
May 2014 – Jun 2015 and Jul 2016 – Present.
