CIC online system for PGWP is down ?

HI,
i am trying to submit my PGWP and everytime i press on the button sign , it transfer me to page that there is an erreur : system is under update or there is technical difficulties .
is anyone having the same problem ?

I have this problem ever since Dec 23rd. So I gave in and sent in a paper application.
However, one of my friend did manage to send in her application online today and have received a confirmation email.
Maybe just keep trying?

Sorry for you guys..I sent mines in on Dec 23rd..No problems..Got my PGWP January 11th ;D ;D ;D

Hi Guys, first of thanks for the all the replies on this page its been a blessing.

My issue is pretty similar to the above. I have used the cic online system for study permits and off campus work permit application even until last November.

I just graduated in December 2012 and am having trouble trying to apply for my post graduate work permit. When i sign in with my GCkey. All i get is update information and apply online.

When I click on the "apply online" option it takes me to an application form for outside canada as opposed to inside canada.
It shows a different application form other than IMM5710E but shows the slots for the passport page, education/degree and passport photograph to be uploaded.

Am I doing sth wrong?

It seems that the online problem has been solved after a month of struggles.
