CIC online status/system glitch

GUYS, When i check my status today on the cic website, I got this messege
We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

•Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
•This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not yet begun processing it. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed:

I sent my passport for visa stamping to london on 4th of march.

I just checked mine and it worked just fine. I think you properly mistyped your log on information. I will suggest you do it again carefully. And hey, I wouldn't worry about this if I were you.....visa stamping? Wish I was there

Uhhh, I got it, it worked now, I typed my family name exactly as it is mentioned in my passport and it worked. But for your info, the CIC just corrected my family name by adding a space character (my family name is consists of two names with space in between) to meet exactly the passport, because i used to check the status for two years with no space character in my family name and it was working.
