Guess what I had missed a month and that's why it didn't go through. Now it is complete!! Finally!!

So you were able to upload documents and submit the application?
What kind of application did you submit . For me, the online services is still down for two weeks now.

I was only trying to withdraw and resubmit my EE profile, I was able to.

I wont be uploading documents online for my application, I will probably hand deliver them.

But keep trying to upload your documents, it will eventually work.
 
I am trying for the past 4 days to update the personal history page it just says processing please help
