CIC Online services down..??

Is anyone else having an issue using the online services for CIC?

Iv been trying all day and nothing. This is getting frustrating.

Oh man. Tell me about it. I thought I was the only one. I might have filled the Personal History a gazillion times and it still says incomplete. I have checked it a hundred times and it says incomplete and I cannot move to the document upload screen as a result of this.

It has been a frustrating day!!

I checked online and it seems this has been going on for a few days but some people mentioned they were able to get on yesterday, so I am trying like every single hour with the hopes it will go through.

I am not sure if they resolve these problems during the weekend or we would have to wait till monday. Ugh ! I hate knowing I want to complete something and i cant.

I know. I wanted to really be done with the application this weekend because it is unnecessary anxiety! I really wanted to be relieved and my idea was to submit it today.

This sucks!

Well just keep trying every hour till you head to bed, hopefully tomorrow is a better day.

I actually really hope they are working on it cause a lot of people are also missing out on deadlines because its not working.

*fingers crossed we get this done before monday.

Wow, it really is surprising to hear the system has do many problems. I am compiling documents and plan a New Year submission.

Hope the problems get rectified in a prompt manner.

I would attempt to send them an email but I dont even know if they work on weekends so i feel reluctant to even send it.

Nope they don't! You can and they will respond only on Monday am guessing

Don't send email unless this is your Day 60 to submit
They will simply tell you to wait until problem is rectified. I would advise you of this if today were a weak day. Also they take a number of days to reply to emails.

arrghhh!! well they better fix it on monday .

I guess the best thing we can do is all say a prayer and hope it starts working soon enough.

BTDT. Open an XL sheet to fill in the details - start date, end date etc. Use the datedif command to find any differences. I found out a difference of 1 day after creating the XL.

Sorry. I don;t understand the filling in excel bit. Could you share the template you used please?
