Hi all,

I have a question regarding the information on my online profile. Until 2 weeks ago the last line that would appear was: "File transferred to Edmonton local office on Feb 19, 2015. The Edmonton office will contact you." I just checked a few minutes ago and that line is no longer there. The last line now is: "We started processing your file on Feb 10, 2015". I wonder why the change. Does anyone have any clue?

I wish that they will contact you soon, but i don't think the line disappeared because of that, this is kind of known issue
