Important Points extracted from video:
1) The points will eventually drop down to 400+ from September 2016.
2) CIC is still having backlog of old paperback PR applications. The task for paperback applications will be completed by December 2016 therefore from 2017 onwards CIC will be selecting PR application only through EE module
3) In 2017 the applicants having point score 350+ will see any break through.

Don't even think about 350+ even if they issue 5000 ITAs per draw below 400 is not possible in next 2 years

That video has been shared so many times already hehe.

He specifically said that CIC will ease in the cut-off invites by September. So best if we hope that in two months' time, we get to see his claim coming true hehe
