CIC office Yellowknife, any contact information?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to reach out to the whole forum and see if anyone has any information on the CIC office in Yellowknife, NT?
I have received my DM on September 29th and have been waiting since to be contacted by this office. I thought 2 months should be plenty of time since my work VISA expires by the end of November. I know I might have implied status since I have submitted an application for OWP this year and haven't got a decision yet but all my documents will expire by the end of November: Health Care Card, Driver license. My wife is going to see her family in Toronto and has booked already her flights for end of November but now we most likely have to book new flights because that office in Yellowknife is so slow.
I have called the CIC service line twice, they have sent out an email to that office asking why it's taking so long but still haven't heard anything from them.

If anybody has any information of that office or how I could contact them, please let me know.

Does anybody has any experience with that office?
Is there nothing I can do when they screw up and take double of normal contacting times?

MP is not available right now due to the change in of parties in NWT. So they're setting everything up and nobody is available in this hectic transition.
Call agents can only send 1 email every 90 days to that office asking to revise. No communication from the Yellowknife office to CIC agent requests as well.
I have sent a fax to the Yellowknife office explaining my situation, no answer.

Unbelievable...
