CIC mistake - name in the application used

Hi everyone, good day! I’m a newbie here and I find this forum very helpful and informative.
I would also like to ask for your help if maybe one of you guys did experience the same scenario I have.
I just received an email confirmation from CIC yesterday with my application number and UCI, however it looks odd at first because they have used my maiden name, instead of my married name. When I tried to link my account couple of times, it went through when I used my maiden name. My application name too, appears to have used the same. All forms and documents I submitted are already in my married name so technically this is a mistake on their end. Has anyone of you were able to revert this successfully?

The name in my passport is my married name already. I’m not sure if they might have pasted it incorrectly, but on the account linking, in the profile section and the first email I got, they addressed me by my maiden name. I’m just worried when i get a visa it will appear the same and not with my current married name.
Should i report this already? Thanks in advance.

Hi, i have a similar problem. The PA's name on CIC includes the last name inside the given name, for example it shows like "Mary Johnson Johnson" where the last name is repeated. I'm sure i made no mistake in my documents. I've sent them a message about the problem and they haven't replied. Any help?

Yes, now that you have received your AOR you can submit a case specific inquiry on the IRCC web form informing of them about the mistake on your name and they will fix it.

I will need to report mine for now, I hope they can get this sorted out as early as possible. I will update you once I got a feedback from them. Thanks!
