CIC messed my address up

CIC messed my address up.

They Have everything correct, except the State I live in. :'(

Sent them emails/filled up the online form but still no luck.

Anyway I can fix this?

If you have already got ur PER, you should send a mail to your visa office for them to correct it and not to CIC.

MY CC was charged two months back and finally received email with UCI & Application Numbers.

how do I get PER if they have my mailing address wrong?

also I applied from NJ , USA, I am guessing My Visa Office is CPC-O i.e. I should be contacting Visa office in NYC?
