CIC message me requesting Travel History Form IMM5562E

Hey there,

My partner and I are in the "waiting process" to see if our PR's will be approved. Yesterday we got a message from CIC requesting that we provide a Travel History Info Form (IMM5562E), so we can show more details about our Travel History.

I initially found this weird, since we have already provided that in the previous online application. But when reading the details of CIC's message, they have said:

"Travel History Info Form: Information on your previous travel history (trip duration and purpose) including citizenship and resident document information."

My partner and I have both previously held a Permanent Resident Status with Canada, and also work and student visas. I am wondering if that's why they are asking for this. But my main question is: are they expecting me to add some extra pages to the Travel History Form, with scans of our previous visas and status within Canada? I have done that already, when I added pictures of each page of my passport etc. That's why I am really confused.

Or should it be enough just to provide the Form they've asked, even though there are no space to fill in regards to resident document information.

And yes, I will definitely fill it up hahah, but I still don't understand how by FILLING IT UP, I will provide the information they have asked, such as "citizenship and resident document information". How do I even fill this, in a document where they are just asking for the travel history and dates?

I just don't know if I should add some extra pages in the same PDF, after the form, displaying scans of my previous Visas and Status with Canada?

I did sent to CBSA for travel history to renw my pr.they sent mail with all the entry to canada sense I become resident.7years ago.but they dont show the excite date from.canada.is all they sent to e the entry day.num fly tiket.name of airport.border.
So how I know my excite days bec I.lost my old passport .the new one I ve it ve only 2 trip on it.plz advice
Do.I.need to contact CIC to.get my.existing days from.canada

Hello guys!

I've received additional documents request and one of them is;

Travel History Info Form: Information on your previous travel history (trip duration and purpose) including citizenship and resident document information. This must be received at this office by: 2022/03/11

Shall I include travel history details in a word document or I need to fill IMM 5562 form?

Upon reading on various forums, there is a contradiction on views. Some say to fill this form, others advise to make a table and submit. One thing bothers me is that IRCC didn't mentioned any form number, whereas with other requirements they have clearly instructed to submit specific form.

Anyone here with his own experience and passed through this stage?

Please advise.
