How do you know it's been opened and processed. I sent mine last Monday, no news!!!

Well, I sent mine in November 2013.
I was able to see that it had been received, and is currently in process through e-CAS, and call center.
Since you just sent your application, it may take up to 3 months until you hear anything from them. You may be able to track the package you sent your application in to ensure delivery.

I sent visa canada post xpress and added the request signature option and used the courier address yesterday to mail it out. I'll let you guys know if it arrives

Was delivered today. But no info whether it was signed . But its done
