We do not provide Bank References without a specific contact name and address."
even when I told them MULTIPLE TIMES that the letter should say "to whom it may concern" and it is for Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
Please suggest which mailing address I can use for it? Should I use one of these addresses for Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada:
