Hi Friends

I have been mailing CIC since December 16th 2014 to include my daughter in the application pack - haven't heard anything till now. Can you please enlighten me if you have received any response from CIC after 2nd week of December - as I am suspecting that team CIC is in a extended Holiday mode :'(

what are you waiting from CIC? You need to send the below forms. I added my son on Dec 1st week, received medicals on Dec-24th.

· A completed and signed IMM0008 Application for Permanent Residence in Canada;

· A completed and signed IMM5406 Additional Family Information*

· A copy of your child’s valid passport

· A copy of your child’s birth certificate

Yep.. You can send. Make sure to include your daughter photographs & Copy of AOR & Copy of your passport too(for safe side).

Thanks a million. One last question - did you pay any application fee too? If yes how did you pay the same? Just FYI my daughter was born outside Canada.

yes, You need to pay 150$. Follow the below instructions :

https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en. Please follow the instructions carefully when making this payment. In order to pay $150 you may need to select the “Provincial Nominee” program; however, this will not affect your application. Please forward the receipt to CIC.
