I think you have the wrong perspective on who is the one who "must" do what. They are under no obligation to seek you out to reschedule an interview (although they may attempt to, I've never heard of this). You must initiate this. I'm not sure you're taking the landing interview as seriously as it should be. Ask to reschedule the landing interview, but be prepared to show up to your current interview or else you could end up having your application tossed. Your choice.

Not to be rude, but is there really something that much more important than your landing interview for PR? That would definitely be my top priority if I were you (and it will be when my time comes).

If you opt not to go, then you can expect to get a letter later from CIC stating that your application has been deemed abandoned. You will probably also be asked to leave.
Every interview letter I've seen has clearly put the onus on the applicant to inform the VO if they cannot attend.

You need to keep calling/sending emails to try and get through and try to reschedule your appointment. And pay your landing fee. To be blunt, unless you are having a medical emergency or something, you really shouldn't have the landing interview be so low on your priorities that you can't attend it.

You really really need to take it more seriously.

I will keep trying to reschedule but if I cant reach them does that mean I would have to start all over with the sponsorship again?

If you did not pay your Landing Fees then this is not a Landing Interview .

Not a Landing Interview and if you don't show up you application will be rejected .
