cic etobicoke appointment Timeline

Hi,

Did anyone went through there landing in cic etobicoke, do you know the timeline for the same. I am not interested to do with admin refusal from US brd.

Please advice for the same.

I called up CIC a week back and was told by the call center agent that it may take upward of 2 months for CIC Etobicoke office to confirm an appointment. He suggested better go to Border and do landing there so I hang up without asking for appointment.
I again called on Thursday , this time call center agent said it will take 2 Weeks for them to confirm and if I do not receive any confirmation within 2 weeks than I need to again Call the helpline and these guys will send a reminder to CIC Etobicoke office

So I am keeping my finger crossed. Have asked them to book an appointment on 26th March, waiting for any response

Well as a follow up on this , i did got a call today from CIC for an appointment next week. so it is fast
