CIC EAPP IMM1294 Upload Problem

I am applying for a Student Permit to study in Canada. When I try to upload the IMM1294 application pdf file IMM1294, it gives me this error message:

Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Please make corrections where indicated.
Error Description: We are unable to validate your document at this time, please retry later.

But I did validate the file successfully before. I have tried it many many times but it remains the same. I am getting frustrated!!!

I faced a lot of trouble while trying to upload my files to process my application online.

Despite double checking and redoing the entire application forms from scratch, I was greeted the same error message as you have shown.

In the end, I decided it was better to try the courier/VFS route instead.

It has been a while since I did this.

But since it was a submission of electronic nature, all it really required of me was to click the "validate" option after I was done filling up the necessary form.

I did not have to fill anything manually.

Does your IMM1294 form have the note saying 'This application must be signed and dated before application"?

You do not need to sign it. Only validate. you will electronically SIGN your online application and that mean you sign all the forms there.

The only forms that should be signed are the forms for appointing representative (if you have one): a family member or a lawyer

You edit the form with Acrobat or Reader?I used Acrobat to validate it but then when I open it with adobe Reader,it says JavaScript has been disabled and I can't see my bar code（I can see in acrobat） and the validate button is invalid.
