CIC Cancelled my application - Mistake on CIC part

Hello Everyone,

I had submitted an Express Entry profile on 22nd March with all the documents. However I had received a message from CIC on 22nd May saying my application is incomplete as my application doesn't has ECA certificates from WES.
I had submitted those certificates along with my education credentials.

Can anyone please help me how can I raise a query to CIC to reopen my case.

The issue is as of now FSW express entry draws are not happening, and thus I would not be getting ITA any time soon.

Post the rejection letter. Did you get WES evaluation for 'immigration' or 'academic'. Ircc only considers wes for 'immigration'.
You can ask them to reconsider your application through cse webform.

If you have evidence that you submitted those documents, raise a web form, include the evidence and ask for reconsideration.
