CIC call center

Hi,

I tried call the CIC call center, but got answer they are currently closed, work time should from Mon-Fri 8am-4pm.

Now is working time. Are they still in holiday?

I'm not sure they have a call centre/phone number

They do have a call center i think. But I called and as soon as they cannot connect me to any agents, it automatically hang up. No queue no nothing.

Actually its is not closed , its funny they are but if you don't hang up and wait there would be a message saying" if you wish to leave a message stay on line " after that it actually connects you to an agent "eventually " after the waiting time obviously which could be up to half n hour.
