CIC asks Schedule 4A Business Nominees Form Even From Foreign Skilled Worker

I had applied for Express Entry under Foreign Skilled Worker class. A province approached me and after I accepted, I got the Provincial Nomination and thereafter CIC sent me the ITA. After I submitted complete response to ITA within deadline, CIC has asked me to submit Schedule 4 and Schedule 4A and indicating that non-submission may impact my application. The title of the latter is - Schedule 4A : Economic Classes: Provincial Nominees – Business Nominees. The Schedule 4A form itself clearly states that it is only for those nominated under business, entrepreneur, or self employed stream.

So how should I deal with the issue of being asked for 4A, even though it does not apply to me. Any suggestions from friends who have faced such a situation or know how to deal with it. I need to reply in two days. Your speedy suggestions are requested.

You can complete Schedule 4 and upload it along with a letter that says that S4A is not applicable to you.

You can search the forum yourself. IMO, everyone who gets S4/S4A does that! How and why would you submit a form that is not applicable to you?

how did u tackle the problem. i am on the same boat with cic asking for the form..

Did you even read my post on this topic? I said submit S4 and in the place of S4A, upload a LOE that says S4A is not applicable to you!
