CIC asking fund proof again. Totally confused with their demand ?

dear friends,

PA has 1 account (self only) with 6 lacs in his account.
PA has another joint account with accompanying spouse with 6 lac in that.

Total need to show 12 lac. INR

Will CIC accept joint account amount ?
OR it has to be only PA account operated single?

Pls suggest . thanks a lot

Did you already submit the two account statements and IRCC is requesting them again?

For the joint account you will need a self declaration from your spouse stating that he/she is a co-applicant in your PR application and the money held in the joint account is to be used for your migration purposes. The co-applicant will also have to state that they have no objection for the amount being used for migration purposes.

I did not do anything of this. We just send the letter from the bank with the details requested about the account and we attached the bank statements from the last 6 months. I got PPR
