CIC asking for IMM 5669

Hi Suarez,
I believe this document will be asked not only if you answered yes to any statutory question, but I think if you fill any gaps while giving last 10 years history. Same thing happened with me, I did not put yes to any statutory question. I filled with some months gap.

I got a question here, if my actual eapr and the schedule A doc has any date differences will they find its a misrepresentation? Because I felt there shouldn't be any gap and filled the doc to avoid gaps by just clubbing days.

It all depends on how muck gap and what kind of activities you clubbed to make it contiguous, so you will be the best judge if that can be considered a misrepresentation or not, of-course CIC will be the one for decide finally.

Unless its a small gap with a minor excursion activity or anything that is inconsequential please send a polite LoE explaining your reasons for the miss/exclusion (mismatch) in the eAPR (Or Schedule A).

Thanks for the reply, it's hardly 4 weeks to 6 weeks which I clubbed. Will this be any problem?
If yes, I'm ready to send loe but where should I upload it? I have already submitted schedule A?
