CIC asked to submit two documents in 7 days

Hi

CIC asked me submit following two documents

1 - 1117000713- my wife's UCI number
2 - IMM5406

I get the IMM5406 is family information form but I'm not sure what documents should i submit in Point 1.

Are they asking you ti submit UCI number or telling you this is her UCI number ? They should be providing the UCI number as far as I know...

See how many placeholders for document uploading in your account and what's the corresponding requirement of the content.

What is going on could be your wife had a UCI previously but you didn't provide it in the application, or they searched their database and found one that could be matched to your wife and they need to verify that.

Hi Darpat,
One of my friends received same query. Unfortunately he submitted on 30 Aug and 1st sep was deadline. After 7 days, cic mailed a refus letter saying they havent received documents. Can we ask them to reconsider it in any way?
