I have received an invite to apply for IEC Working Holiday and I gathered all my documents, uploaded them and payed the fee before the deadline.
My two police certificates (required for citizens of Croatia) are fresh, were issued and translated (and certified) two days prior to that. I uploaded them in one pdf as that was the only option (My friend did the same thing and they approved her visa a week ago). I have never lived outside of my home country, and I uploaded those documents with no problem, got my confirmation, and all good.
The next day, I have received an e-mail that states I have to provide the same two police certificates in order to continue processing my application, as if I didn’t even do that at all, so I uploaded one again and submitted it.
After a few hours I received the same e-mail with exactly the same request, although I am sure my first uploaded document was valid and submitted.
/BTW/ While finishing my application the first time, there were technical errors on the CIC page so I waited it out to try again, and was able to complete it after 10min.
Did anyone encounter the same problem?
Could this also be a bug/error that I should just ignore this third time?
Who can I contact to make sure my application is completely received and valid?
