Is it that second time medicals means close to PPR? My profile is not changed for past 9 months nd suddenly they asked to redo medicals as they were expired. Any idea?

I have seen many who received PPR without any change to their profile.

Medical Request for second time - Oct 19
Asked for Schedule A of me and my Wife - Nov 19

I received my re-medical instruction letter as my medical was going to expire in Oct-2021 and they returned my passport back without visa (PR spousal sponsorship application). I am just wondering after the re-medical done any idea how much it will take to get the passport request letter.

I applied for my parents Super visa from Pakistan .
My father was told to do medical again sayi na that he might have TB. Now he has medical second time after 3 months but they did not gave any course or medicine if he had any problem. They just said to come back after 3 month on September 27. While waiting my father dis some test and went to the Doctors for Check up but he was not diagnosed with tb. So what is their comcern of calling him again for Medical.
What can it be ??
