Does anybody have any information on how cic pick and select the files received under identical category, same location, job etc. and process them, even if both the applications doesn't have any criminal records?
why I am asking this is, me and my friend applied at the same time, same everything, his application took 8 months to process and I have been waiting for last 15 months.
kind of question on transparency of process, is it picked randomly or chronologically?
