CIC - Already had our nomination...what to do next...

HI...I just received an approved nomination...My whole family..sponsored by my auntie...just wanted to know...the next steps...before I go to the Canadian embassy....

Q1. What time are they open for queries or inspection of our papers...can i go there only to ask questions?
Q2. Payment procedures....rates etc...
Q3. The time frame...if ever i can pass it by next week...
Q4. How about the medical examinations...what classes of exams...and it's estimated rate...

I was the only original applicant sponsored by my relative...thereafter they wrote us that my wife and my two minor kids can come with me after also passing the requirements...now we have been all nominated...all i have to do is pass the additional requirements to the CIC or Visa Office...That's my problem right now...
