CIC Account locked

My husband forgot the security answers for CIC online and now the account is locked. Anyone know the IT contact person for this issue? Thanks.

I also had the same problem (mistaken the GCKey security questions with the cic ones). I' ve sent an email to the technical person a week ago but there is no reply yet.

After 1 more week, there is still no reply. I will have to submit the application by paper then.
