Choosing NOC

Hi everyone

What if someone is performing two completely different job roles under one designation (for ex., accountant and purchasing manager)with the same organisation at the same time. If 70% duties falls under purchasing Manager and 30% falls under Accountant. What NOC code to choose?

What if someone is performing two completely different job roles under one designation (for ex., accountant and purchasing manager)with the same organisation at the same time. If 70% duties falls under purchasing Manager and 30% falls under Accountant. What NOC code to choose?

You should put it as purchase manager and try to get a jobs and responsibilities letter that highlights purchasing manager more than the other role. If your immediate supervisor is willing to give you a jobs/responsibilities letter on the company letterhead be frank and tell him exactly why it is important that you are able to highlight your category of work falling under 1 NOC.

Your roles and responsibilities taken into account, designation name does not matter as much as roles and responsibilities.
