Choose a law firm or an RCIC consultant?

Hi guys,

So how do you guys decide if you'd need a layer or a RCIC consultant?

My permit was rejected the first time due to "purpose of visit" so I don't know for my second try who should I hire.

Did you order GCMS notes to see why you were refused under purpose of visit? Do that first before hiring anyone. You have a MS and applying for hospitality (past posts) so obvious why you were refused.

Yes as @Naturgrl insisted, order the gcms notes for the very detailed refusal reasons by that visa officer and you can rectify it on your next application.
and @Naturgrl hehe this is the first time I checked this side of the forum. it was always our express entry : - D

Thanks for the advice! I actually applied for Business Analytics for the first try haha. Been waiting for 2 months for the notes so at this time idk if should still wait cuz it might be another two or three months

Save your money from hiring Consultant or Lawyer. Order GCM notes , seek advice from this platform , look for relevant documents /explanation to address the “purpose of visit “ rejection.
In my first application, I was refused based on four reasons ; lack of funds , family ties , immigration status , and employment status.
