Does having high cholestrol will cause hindrance to the visa. I got privatly examined in famous hospital. My BP is normal. Chest x ray normal. Sugar normal. Urine sugar normal. Im having cholestrol. Does it affect my chances im scared now abt the visa

i shouldn't think so anyway.

i think med is there to check for serious medical conditions which are either contagious (hep) or would require expensive med treatments (surgeries etc)

dude...high cholestrol level is not a problem...there are pizza huts or fast food joints every where in India or canada .Therefore its common..so its not a glitch in your medical reports

I checked withe DMP, They told me they would not check for cholesterol. They are checking only for VRDL, AIDS in blood sample. Chest X ray for TB diagnosis, and Urine samples.
