Would an answer not depend on your profile and your long term career objectives ? Anyone could say one or other course was great if it was what they were looking for .

Have you spoken to IT recruiting agency or employers to see what skills are in demand and what entry level salaries would be. Best to send out a few emails or contact people on LinkedIn. The cost of living is likely to be a bit higher in GTA vs KW. Getting a part-time job will likely be easier in Mississauga than KW.
