Choice of province of study post rejection of temporary resident visa

My temporary resident visa got rejected recently by the visa officer as he felt that i would not return back to my home country due to my siblings living in Canada and hence i have no solid reason to go back to my country. Now, i wish to come to Canada for study purpose. My query is since my siblings reside in Ontario province, should i opt for a college / institution in the same province or some different remote province ? Because i fear due to my visa rejection history, my study visa can again get rejected if i opt for studies in Ontario. What are your suggestions on this?
 
As long as you have siblings in Canada and no other solid ties to your home country, it doesn't matter which province you apply to study in. What other ties to your home country do you have? You will run into the same issue.

Not many. My parents temporary visa is approved. So they are residing in Canada

What level of studies have you already completed and what were you planning on studying in Canada?

You didn't answer the question about what education you have completed so far. I'm going to assume you have a bachelor degree. If so, then you should take a master's in Canada. If you go for a diploma or certificate, the chances of refusal will be extremely high since you already have very weak ties to your home country and strong ties to Canada. I think taking a Master's is your only option for getting an approval.

Your parents are only visiting. On a TRV they will have to return home at a certain point. The fact that they are visiting longterm will create issue with you getting a visa/permit. Your best chance is to apply for a masters so you appear as a genuine student. Your parents returning home and reestablishing themselves for at least a year may also help. It will create less ties for you in Canada.

Thanks for the suggestion. If not certificate course of a year, will a post degree diploma course of 2 years duration serve my purpose? And while selecting the course should i be province specific? How these both will impact my study visa? Are there any chances of it getting rejected?
