hey !
I came to Canada last month and i change my institution from Centennial to Langara .
Now I need to update the change of my province from Ontario to BC ,as my study permit states DESIGNATED LEARNING INSTITUTION -ON
But I'm unable to find my application on CIC
every time I enter my Application ,it says no match found

That's the known issue....
I have experienced this issue too..

Write to CIC about your college change infromation via CIC Webform...

I already informed CIC about college change through IRCC web form
I guess it doesn't cause any future problems for me unless it's changed
 
Hi, I just started my university this Jan... Not satisfied
But can I change to another university starting fall this year...
Kindly advice as soon as possible plz

You can change your institution by following instructions here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study-postsec.asp

Others will comment but would be careful in abandoning your current course given by dropping out from now until the fall there could be a chance of being reported for non attendance resulting in your study permit being cancelled. Plus of course once you drop out you cannot work at all not part or full time as no longer in full time education and very unlikely you will get any fee refunds from your current uni.
