Chinese Transcript Verification

Hi Everyone,

I got my Master's degree in China and WES needs my verified transcript and certificate. Has anyone ever had their Chinese degree certified by CDGDC and their transcript certified by CHESICC while outside of China? CHESICC won't let me create an account without inputing a Chinese mainland number (which I no longer have). I'm at a loss as to what to do right now.

Have you tried calling their hotline for help?

as for cn hp number, ask a friend for help cos they will need to receive sms n input the code when register.

1 - open account: like previously said, get someone with a mainland phone number to receive the SMS code for you. If you have no one, try Taobao, seriously.
2 - last I heard you need to physically run to their office to show them your original transcript/diploma before they accept your transcript/diploma copy, not sure if that's changed.

if he or she can physically run to their office then he or she should have no problem getting a mainland phone number.
Like you said seriously, it is such a simple and small step in the whole application, I dun mean to be discouraging but if you cannot overcome this maybe you shldnt apply at all...

I eventually ended up asking a friend to use their phone number and it worked.

I am also applying for WES evaluation. Can you please guide me through the whole process, especially with chinese verfication. I am also outside of China.

I did PhD from china. Now I want to evaluate my documents from wes. I have already made an account on CHSI.
When I completed my studies I was awarded with two certificates along with their translations. One graduation certificate was issue by University. And second degree from ministry of education.
So please guide me what should I do whether I have to verify both of them or only one of them.
Seocnd i got a transcript from my department as well please guide me regardimg it as well. Your response will be highly appreciated.

Hello)Have you started procedure with verification? Will be grateful if you share where to start? As I understood, first for degree in CDGDC and second in chsi for transcript?

first you have to make an account on CDGDC and CHSI. for this you should have an active Chinese number, through which you will activate your account.
on CDGDC you will provide your ID number i.e. you passport number and degree number (10189.......) and in this way you will verify you degree and then you will put request for translation of degree. On CHSI same procedure your ID number and transcript uploading on CHSI website. after few days they will send you verified report of your transcript and then after few days english translation. in transcript usually they take almost one month if you need quick service you send them message in inquiry section. this is my email if need any further assistance do contact me arifkhan756@hotmail.com

Hey, You were very helpful Thank you. I am stuck at where i need to do online verification, but it does not find info. Should i register with the passport number i used at that time? while being a student?
