Chinese Police Clearance Certificate - Help Please

Hello,

Can any one please help me out.
My parents were born in China and immigrated to South Africa.They gave up their Chinese citizenship to become South African Citizens.

Does anyone know how they can get their police clearance from China?
We have family in China who have asked the local police for help but to no avail. The department said that my parents need to fly there but that is not viable as my parents cannot fly there anytime soon as they have a business to run and to take care of my younger brother.

I looked online for agencies who help get PCC's but the agencies that I asked only help expats who lived in China and not previous Chinese citizens.

Does any one know if there are any agencies that can help me?

as a fellow Chinese citizen I can tell you for sure that there is no such agency that can get Chinese police certificate for any applicant .

my old man is a Chinese police inspector and I just asked him about obtaining a police certificate , the answer is that if you are a Chinese citizen you will have to go to a police station in China in person to apply for that certificate . and if you are not a Chinese citizen anyone, the chance they will issue you a certificate is very slim.
