Children's documents for FSW 2014 PR program

I am applying for FSW 2014 PR program.
I am having 2.5 years old biological female child.
Is there any document I need to submit to CIC apart from birth certificate proof?

what you need is just Birth certificate, passport page of child and 6 passport photographs of the child

I did not have passport of my child and also I am not going going to accompany her with me to Canada.
Is it mandatory to submit my child passport?
