Child sponsorship. Please help. Additional documents required

I got this today. My son is 6months plus old... This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada.
Subsection 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act states that a person who makes an
application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must
produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires. In order for
us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:
 Client Informationrovide Evidence of mother's trip back to Nigeria prior to your birth
 IMM5562: Provide Supplementary Information - Your Travels
 Additional Family Info IMM5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family
Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures Provide all relevant addresses
(not just e-mail addresses)
 Client Information: provide All evidence of hospital records in respect to child prior and at
time of birth

*** To avoid delays, please submit all requested documents at the same time *** Has anyone had similar experience. I am trying to get the hospital records and they are not being steaistr forward with me

Very funny people. If I gave birth in Canada won't that be a blessing. Lol. Why go through sponsorship headaches

What did you submit in your application? The list of what they want is clear.

Just birth certificate of Child and passport. But I am having issues getting hospital report. Said the doctor who took delivery of my child is nolonger with them. But dey can provide me with some of my antenatal visit details
